REGARDING OUR LEAGUE . . . The Mentor Basketball Association is dedicated to providing elementary school boys and girls in the city of Mentor the opportunity to learn and enjoy the game of basketball. We emphasize teaching the fundamentals of basketball, the spirit of sportsmanship and the thrill of competition.

REGISTRATION FEE - $75 includes uniform top.

FORMAT – separate leagues for boys in grades 3, 4, 5, 6. Girl’s league combines 3rd & 4th grades and 5th & 6th grades.*

PRACTICES – one night a week for one hour at various Mentor elementary schools. Times are 6:30, 7:30 and 8:30. Younger boys and girls receive the early times. Practices start in late October.

GAMES – all games are on Sunday at Mentor High School from 12:30-6:30. Games last about one hour. Games start in December and end in March.

*All second graders signing up with parent and league approval will be put on a waiting list until registrations have ended. Players will then be placed on teams that are in need of players.

The league reserves the right to limit the total number of teams participating for the upcoming season based on the availability of gym space.
